Tijekom tog perioda <a href=\"https:\/\/hrcak.srce.hr\/174630\">adolescenti se \u010desto suo\u010davaju s <strong>anksiozno\u0161\u0107u<\/strong><\/a>, osobito u socijalnim situacijama i procjeni vlastitih kompetencija. \u0160kolska djeca brinu o uspjehu u \u0161koli, bihevioralnim kompetencijama, odbijanju od strane vr\u0161njaka, zdravlju i bolestima.<\/p>\n<p><strong>U\u010destalost anksioznih poreme\u0107aja kod djece i adolescenata<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hrcak.srce.hr\/174630\"><strong>Anksiozni poreme\u0107aji<\/strong> spadaju me\u0111u naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e mentalne poreme\u0107aje u dje\u010djoj i adolescentnoj dobi<\/a>, s prevalencijom od 10 % do 20 %. \u010ce\u0161\u0107e se javljaju kod djevoj\u010dica i postaju izra\u017eeniji nakon \u0161este godine \u017eivota. Manifestiraju se \u0161irokim spektrom simptoma \u2013 emocionalnih, kognitivnih, bihevioralnih i tjelesnih.<\/p>\n<p>U lije\u010denju <strong>anksioznih poreme\u0107aja<\/strong> najbolji rezultati posti\u017eu se kombinacijom <strong>kognitivno-bihevioralne terapije (KBT) i farmakoterapije<\/strong>. U novije vrijeme primjenjuje se i terapija temeljena na <strong>usredoto\u010denoj svjesnosti (mindfulness \u2013 based therapy)<\/strong>. Ako strah i <strong>anksioznost<\/strong> zna\u010dajno naru\u0161avaju djetetovo funkcioniranje, ometaju njegov psihosocijalni razvoj te uzrokuju <a href=\"https:\/\/hrcak.srce.hr\/174630\">te\u0161ko\u0107e u \u0161kolskom, socijalnom i obiteljskom okru\u017eenju<\/a>, tada se govori o <strong>anksioznom poreme\u0107aju<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Terapijske metode za smanjenje anksioznosti<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S obzirom na visoku prevalenciju <strong>anksioznosti me\u0111u adolescentima<\/strong> potrebno je istra\u017eivati i primjenjivati razli\u010dite terapijske metode. <strong>Art terapija<\/strong> je jedan od kreativnih pristupa koji pokazuje zna\u010dajne pozitivne u\u010dinke u smanjenju <strong>anksioznosti<\/strong>. Istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da <a href=\"https:\/\/pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/articles\/PMC8397377\/\"><strong>art terapija<\/strong> zna\u010dajno smanjuje razinu anksioznosti<\/a>, posebice kod djece i adolescenata. Pokazala se u\u010dinkovitom u <a href=\"https:\/\/www.medicinaantroposofica.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/view.pdf\">smanjenju predispitne <strong>anksioznosti<\/strong> kod studenata<\/a>. Me\u0111u uspje\u0161nim programima za prevenciju \u0161kolske anksioznosti isti\u010de se projekt \u201e\u010carobna mo\u0107 kruga\u201c koji <a href=\"https:\/\/files.eric.ed.gov\/fulltext\/EJ1114285.pdf\">primjenjuje mandala art terapiju<\/a>. Ovaj program je namijenjen u\u010diteljima, psiholozima i socijalnim radnicima s ciljem pomo\u0107i djeci i adolescentima u prevenciji <strong>anksioznih poreme\u0107aja<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mandala i kreativne tehnike u art terapiji<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Istra\u017eivanja provedena na studentima pokazuju da <a href=\"https:\/\/journal.mdpip.com\/index.php\/oapr\/article\/view\/80\"><strong>bojenje mandala<\/strong> (ili gotovih dizajna) mo\u017ee zna\u010dajno smanjiti razinu <strong>anksioznosti<\/strong><\/a> \u0161to ju \u010dini korisnim za pomo\u0107 osobama koje do\u017eivljavaju kroni\u010dnu <strong>anksioznost<\/strong>. <strong>Mandala<\/strong> je jedna od naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e kori\u0161tenih tehnika u <strong>art terapiji<\/strong> za ubla\u017eavanje <strong>anksioznosti kod djece i odraslih<\/strong>. Njezin kru\u017eni oblik ima meditativni u\u010dinak, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/publication\/376807124\">poti\u010de emocionalnu stabilnost, smanjuje stres i doprinosi unutarnjem miru<\/a>. Osim u radu s adolescentima koji do\u017eivljavaju <strong>anksioznost, art terapija<\/strong> se pokazala korisnom i kod maloljetnih delinkvenata. Ove osobe \u010desto iskazuju sna\u017ene emocionalne reakcije koje mogu biti povezane s nelije\u010denom <strong>anksiozno\u0161\u0107u i depresijom<\/strong>. Studije su pokazale da nakon terapijskih sesija dolazi do <a href=\"https:\/\/ejurnal.mercubuana-yogya.ac.id\/index.php\/psikologi\/article\/view\/3794\/1566\">smanjenja razine ljutnje<\/a> kod ispitanika \u0161to je u skladu s istra\u017eivanjem Ramina i sur. koji su potvrdili da <strong>ekspresivna art terapija<\/strong> pozitivno utje\u010de na agresivno pona\u0161anje adolescenata.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ekspresivno pisanje i emocionalno zdravlje<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ejurnal.mercubuana-yogya.ac.id\/index.php\/psikologi\/article\/view\/3794\/1566\"><strong>Ekspresivno pisanje<\/strong> pobolj\u0161ava fizi\u010dko zdravlje<\/a>, smanjuje broj posjeta lije\u010dnicima te doprinosi ja\u010danju imunolo\u0161kog sustava. Tako\u0111er pridonosi <a href=\"https:\/\/ejurnal.mercubuana-yogya.ac.id\/index.php\/psikologi\/article\/view\/3794\/1566\">boljoj kontroli izra\u017eavanja ljutnje te smanjenju stresa i depresije<\/a>. Neadekvatno prepoznati i tretirani <strong>anksiozni poreme\u0107aji<\/strong> u adolescenciji mogu dovesti do <a href=\"https:\/\/ejurnal.mercubuana-yogya.ac.id\/index.php\/psikologi\/article\/view\/3794\/1566\">problema u \u0161kolskom uspjehu, socijalnoj izolaciji<\/a> i komorbiditeta s drugim mentalnim poreme\u0107ajima, poput depresije, ovisnosti o psihoaktivnim tvarima i suicidalnog pona\u0161anja. Samoubojstvo je \u010detvrti naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i uzrok smrti me\u0111u adolescentima u dobi od 15 do 19 godina. Dugotrajni stres kod adolescenata mo\u017ee dovesti do ozbiljnih zdravstvenih problema poput povi\u0161enog krvnog tlaka, oslabljenog imunolo\u0161kog sustava, pretilosti i sr\u010danih bolesti. Tako\u0111er mo\u017ee uzrokovati <a href=\"https:\/\/ejurnal.mercubuana-yogya.ac.id\/index.php\/psikologi\/article\/view\/3794\/1566\">razvoj psiholo\u0161kih poreme\u0107aja poput <strong>anksioznosti i depresije<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dugoro\u010dne koristi art terapije za adolescente<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stvaranje likovnih djela poma\u017ee u izra\u017eavanju osje\u0107aja bez potrebe za verbalnom komunikacijom. Pobolj\u0161ava <strong>samopouzdanje<\/strong>, ja\u010da otpornost te <a href=\"https:\/\/ejurnal.mercubuana-yogya.ac.id\/index.php\/psikologi\/article\/view\/3794\/1566\">smanjuje razinu anksioznosti, depresije i stresa<\/a>. <strong>Art terapija<\/strong> obuhva\u0107a razli\u010dite kreativne tehnike, poput slikanja, plesa i glume, a prepoznata je kao znanstveno utemeljena metoda u tretmanu mentalnog zdravlja, osobito kod <strong>anksioznosti i depresije<\/strong>. Pokazala se <a href=\"https:\/\/ejurnal.mercubuana-yogya.ac.id\/index.php\/psikologi\/article\/view\/3794\/1566\">u\u010dinkovitom u tretmanu anksioznosti, depresije, traume, stresa<\/a> i drugih psiholo\u0161kih simptoma Osim \u0161to poma\u017ee adolescentima s anksiozno\u0161\u0107u, art terapija je korisna i osobama koje se suo\u010davaju s razli\u010ditim emocionalnim pote\u0161ko\u0107ama. Razli\u010dite tehnike, poput <strong>mandala terapije<\/strong> i <strong>ekspresivnog pisanja<\/strong>, pru\u017eaju mladima siguran prostor za izra\u017eavanje i obradu emocija.
