{"id":42,"date":"2026-04-29T19:35:51","date_gmt":"2026-04-29T19:35:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/artmost.hr\/wordpress_Z\/?p=42"},"modified":"2026-05-22T18:07:28","modified_gmt":"2026-05-22T18:07:28","slug":"polje-gline-art-terapija-trauma-dodir","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/artmost.hr\/?p=42","title":{"rendered":"Polje gline u art terapiji: senzomotori\u010dki pristup radu s traumom"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Klju\u010dne rije\u010di: <\/strong>polje gline, glina u terapiji, trauma i tijelo, senzomotori\u010dka art terapija, haptika, dodir u terapiji<\/p>\n<p><strong>Uvod u metodu polja gline (Clay Field)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Elbrecht i Antcliff razvili su <a href=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/publication\/350157695_Sensorimotor_Art_Therapy_Clay_Neurologic_connections_and_therapeutic_effects\">pristup <strong>senzomotorne art terapije<\/strong> posebno usmjeren na <strong>psihofiziolo\u0161ku razinu obrade traume<\/strong><\/a>, u okviru kojeg koriste protokol informiran traumom pod nazivom metoda \u201ePolje gline\u201c (Clay Field), koju je izvorno razvio prof. Heinz Deuser. Opisuju kako se <strong>traumatska iskustva procesuiraju unutar Clay Fielda<\/strong> te kako su povezana s terapijom traume i njihovim iscjeljenjem pri \u010demu isti\u010du da je <strong>trauma psihofizi\u010dki doga\u0111aj<\/strong> \u010diji se ostaci mogu zadr\u017eati u tijelu dugo nakon doga\u0111aja te se manifestirati kroz ljudsku psihu, relacijski sustav i \u017eiv\u010dani sustav. <strong>Tijelo pamti ozljede i traume<\/strong>, ali i vlastite potrebe, instinkt za pre\u017eivljavanjem i iscjeljenjem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Clay Field kao psihofiziolo\u0161ka metoda rada<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Elbrecht opisuje <a href=\"https:\/\/books.google.hr\/books\/about\/Trauma_Healing_at_the_Clay_Field.html?id=6xVqdX-47aIC&amp;redir_esc=y\">Clay Field kao <strong>psihofiziolo\u0161ku art terapiju<\/strong><\/a> koja uklju\u010duje ruke i rad s glinom unutar sigurnog okvira pravokutne kutije (36 cm \u00d7 43 cm, dubine 3 cm), pri \u010demu dolazi do slo\u017eenog me\u0111udjelovanja izme\u0111u <strong>ljudske neurobiologije i izraza pro\u017eivljenih iskustava<\/strong>. U <a href=\"https:\/\/spectrum.library.concordia.ca\/id\/eprint\/981593\/1\/Corriveau_MA_F2016.pdf\">Clay Fieldu uspostavlja se <strong>ograni\u010den prostor sa sigurnim granicama<\/strong><\/a>; kutija je ispunjena glinom i djelomi\u010dno kontrolira klijentove pokrete te okvirno definira njegove postupke stvaranja. Razli\u010dita uporaba prostora u Clay Fieldu i kod rada s glinom utje\u010de na iskustvo svakog pojedinca: neki preferiraju jasne granice, a drugi ne.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Primjena metode u radu s traumom<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Iscjeljivanje traume u Clay Fieldu primjenjuje se kod odraslih s povije\u0161\u0107u zlostavljanja i nepovoljnim iskustvima u djetinjstvu, povezanima s <strong>razvojnim traumama kod djece<\/strong> i <strong>kompleksnim posttraumatskim poreme\u0107ajima kod odraslih<\/strong>, a donosi zna\u010dajne koristi i kod djece s poreme\u0107ajem pa\u017enje i hiperaktivno\u0161\u0107u (ADHD), razvojnim te\u0161ko\u0107ama i traumatskim iskustvima. Klini\u010dke primjene pogodne su i za odrasle i za djecu te omogu\u0107uju <strong>procesuiranje traume i dovr\u0161avanje prekinutih reakcija<\/strong> na traumatske doga\u0111aje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dodir kao temelj terapijskog procesa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dodir je jedno od temeljnih ljudskih iskustava<\/strong> i osnova sigurne privr\u017eenosti, povezan s najranijim tjelesnim sje\u0107anjima, sposobno\u0161\u0107u snala\u017eenja u svijetu, seksualno\u0161\u0107u, ali i kr\u0161enjem granica i ozljedama. <a href=\"https:\/\/books.google.hr\/books?hl=en&amp;lr=&amp;id=dYUYAwAAQBAJ&amp;oi=fnd&amp;pg=PR9&amp;dq=3.+Cozolino,+L.+(2006).+The+neuroscience+of+human+relationships.+New+York,+NY:+W.W.+Norton.&amp;ots=kmSuf3w-hR&amp;sig=NG6Fo2cYlJ6Aog8-veh009G8aYw&amp;redir_esc=y#v=onepage&amp;q=3.%20Cozolino%2C%20L.%20(2006).%20The%20neuroscience%20of%20human%20relationships.%20New%20York%2C%20NY%3A%20W.W.%20Norton.&amp;f=false\">Period ranog djetinjstva dominantno se temelji na dodiru<\/a>, pri \u010demu je do\u017eivljaj ljubavi i sigurnosti kod dojen\u010deta oblikovan najvi\u0161e kroz <strong>bliski kontakt ko\u017ee, dr\u017eanje i ma\u017eenje<\/strong>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/publication\/231514069_Human_Haptic_Perception_Basics_and_Applications\">Taktilni kontakt predstavlja <strong>prvi oblik komunikacije<\/strong><\/a> koji u\u010dimo.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/books.google.hr\/books?hl=en&amp;lr=&amp;id=68uGDwAAQBAJ&amp;oi=fnd&amp;pg=PT9&amp;dq=Orbach,+S.+(2009).+Bodies.+London:+Profile+Books.&amp;ots=b3MUHjZ0yL&amp;sig=6BB8JBEUFvr997MWyvIrdG0zgqY&amp;redir_esc=y#v=onepage&amp;q=Orbach%2C%20S.%20(2009).%20Bodies.%20London%3A%20Profile%20Books.&amp;f=false\">Dodir sinkronizira ritam tijela, tjelesnu temperaturu i emocije<\/a> izme\u0111u majke i djeteta, \u010dlanova obitelji i partnera, a mo\u017ee se dogoditi samo u sada\u0161njem trenutku. Kada ruke dodiruju glinu, prirodno se aktiviraju:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>eksteroceptori<\/strong> (pet osjetila)<\/li>\n<li><strong>interoceptori<\/strong> (unutarnji osjet vezivnog tkiva, organa i mi\u0161i\u0107a)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Svaki pokret ruku pru\u017ea <strong>trenuta\u010dnu povratnu informaciju mozgu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Haptika i senzomotori\u010dka integracija<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>U tretmanu traume postoji potreba za <a href=\"https:\/\/drdansiegel.com\/book\/healing-trauma\/\">uklju\u010divanjem <strong>somatskog i tjelesnog iskustva<\/strong> u terapiju<\/a>. Integracija tjelesne svjesnosti u psihoterapiju kroz senzomotorne procese sve vi\u0161e postaje standard u terapiji traume. <a href=\"https:\/\/books.google.hr\/books\/about\/Trauma_Healing_at_the_Clay_Field.html?id=6xVqdX-47aIC&amp;redir_esc=y\">Kori\u0161tenje ruku kao alata percepcije naziva se <strong>haptikom<\/strong><\/a>, koja <a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.4324\/9781003087168\">uklju\u010duje pokret i senzorne impulse<\/a> te se odnosi na osjet dodira, a omogu\u0107uje pristup vrlo ranim razvojnim fazama, uklju\u010duju\u0107i i <strong>preverbalnu <\/strong>dojena\u010dku fazu. Terapeut prati klijenta, poti\u010de i podr\u017eava njegove pokrete ruku u glini, \u010dime se aktivira haptika. Terapijski pristup mora uklju\u010divati <strong>kognitivnu, emocionalnu i senzornu dimenziju<\/strong>. Nova neurolo\u0161ka istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da su <a href=\"https:\/\/books.google.hr\/books\/about\/The_Hand.html?id=hADbAAAAMAAJ&amp;redir_esc=y\">ruke bile klju\u010dne u oblikovanju ljudskog mozga<\/a>. Ruke su <strong>predstavnici tijela u simboli\u010dkom svijetu Clay Fielda<\/strong>. One su sposobne prona\u0107i rje\u0161enja povezuju\u0107i se s najstarijim dijelovima mozga na \u010desto izvanredan i kreativan na\u010din.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1080\/09515089.2011.556610\"><strong>Hapti\u010dki dodir<\/strong> uklju\u010duje koordinirane pokrete i niz razli\u010ditih senzorskih receptora u ko\u017ei<\/a>. Elbrecht i Antcliff navode da \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.4324\/9781003097884\">hapti\u010dka percepcija omogu\u0107uje neverbalni pristup psiholo\u0161kim i senzomotori\u010dkim procesima blokiranima traumom<\/a> te da se trauma mo\u017ee razrije\u0161iti putem dodira\u201c.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tri osnovna oblika dodira u Clay Field metodi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Deuser i Elbrecht razlikuju <a href=\"https:\/\/books.google.hr\/books\/about\/Trauma_Healing_at_the_Clay_Field.html?id=6xVqdX-47aIC&amp;redir_esc=y\"><strong>tri osnovna oblika dodira<\/strong><\/a>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Osjet ko\u017ee <\/strong>&#8211; odnosi se na senzornu percepciju dodira ravnom rukom. Primarno se do\u017eivljava u odnosu dojen\u010de &#8211; majka tijekom prve godine \u017eivota (nenamjerno dosezanje predmeta, prvo djetetovo istra\u017eivanje svijeta, npr. djetetova ruka na maj\u010dinoj dojci). Prisutni su ma\u017eenje, nje\u017eni i umiruju\u0107i pokreti ruku, komunikacija skrbnika o sigurnosti i ljubavi te stanje bivanja s nekim ili ne\u010dim. U Clay Fieldu osjet ko\u017ee mo\u017ee se stimulirati <strong>trljanjem ruku i podlaktica glinom<\/strong> kako bi se podr\u017eali impulsi samonjegovanja koji su u razvoju nedostajali ili se javlja kao potreba za ma\u017eenjem jednostavnih, \u010desto zaobljenih oblika i izbo\u010dina.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Osjet ravnote\u017ee &#8211; <\/strong>odnosi se na komunikaciju izme\u0111u ruku te izme\u0111u desne i lijeve hemisfere mozga. Djeca u\u010de ravnote\u017eu kroz odnos s roditeljima i njihovu prisutnost ili odsutnost, skrb ili zanemarivanje. \u0160to se roditeljski polovi vi\u0161e kre\u0107u u skladu, to je ve\u0107i osje\u0107aj ravnote\u017ee kod djeteta. U Clay Fieldu ova povezanost ili prekid projicira se kao simetrija ili asimetrija.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Osjet dubine &#8211; <\/strong>opisuje aktivnu ruku koja prodire, manipulira, sti\u0161\u0107e, kopa i gradi. Osjet dubine usko je povezan s razvojem <strong>ego svijesti<\/strong> i sposobnosti snala\u017eenja u svijetu. To se o\u010dituje kao osoba s namjerom i aktivnim pristupom svijetu. Svi\u0111a joj se glina i opisuje je kao <strong>\u201etoplu i mekanu\u201c<\/strong>, spontano je povezuju\u0107i s iskustvima iz djetinjstva i igre u blatu, \u0161to ukazuje na aktivaciju implicitnih tjelesnih memorija i ranih senzori\u010dkih iskustava.<\/p>\n<p>Tijekom rada javlja se <strong>emocija tuge<\/strong> koju verbalizira i oblikuje u glini, stvaraju\u0107i simbol nalik emotikonu tuge i dodatno izra\u0111uje rije\u010d \u201etuga\u201c od gline. Klijentica boja ranije izra\u0111ene oblike, pri \u010demu <strong>\u201etugu\u201c prikazuje \u017eutom bojom<\/strong> i minimalno je modificira dodaju\u0107i joj crne o\u010di, a <strong>\u201esre\u0107u\u201c zelenom bojom<\/strong>, koju povezuje s <strong>prirodom (\u201etravom\u201c)<\/strong>. Posebno je anga\u017eirana u radu na simbolu sre\u0107e koji joj se svi\u0111a. U procesu su\u0161enja gline do\u0161lo je do lomljenja dvaju tankih dijelova \u201esre\u0107e\u201c, koje je zalijepila drvofiksom i pucanja slova \u201etuga\u201c, koje je zadovoljno bacila. Izra\u017eava zadovoljstvo procesom i pozitivan odnos prema materijalu (\u201ejako mi se svi\u0111a rad u glini, zelena sre\u0107a\u201c).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Terapijski u\u010dinci rada u polju gline<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rad u polju gline pokazao se kao <strong>u\u010dinkovit senzomotori\u010dki pristup<\/strong> za klijenticu s traumatskim iskustvom. Kroz taktilni i kinesteti\u010dki anga\u017eman omogu\u0107ena je <strong>eksternalizacija emocija<\/strong> i <strong>razvoj samoregulacije<\/strong>. Vidljiv je pomak od nesigurnog pristupa materijalu prema ve\u0107oj spontanosti i anga\u017emanu.
